China Finance APP News, Yingye Holdings (00132.HK) announced that on July 9, 2025, its subsidiary, Green Gold Leasing, entered into a financial lease agreement with lessee Rongsen Water Corporation Limited of Guangzhou, where the lessee will acquire ownership of assets from the lessor for a price of RMB 10 million. The leased assets will be leased back to the lessee for their use and possession for a period of five years.
