Aluminum alloy futures and options totaled 250,000 contracts traded in the first month of listing.

On June 10th, the Shanghai Futures Exchange successfully listed the first recycled metal product - casting aluminum alloy futures and options. As of the close on July 9th, the cumulative trading volume of casting aluminum alloy futures was 205,700 contracts, with an after-hours open interest of 10,200 contracts, equivalent to a spot market scale of 102,000 tons, accounting for approximately 27% of the domestic monthly consumption of casting aluminum alloy. The cumulative trading volume of casting aluminum alloy options was 41,500 contracts, with an after-hours open interest of 6,000 contracts.
