Former party secretary and chairman of Hainan Province Transportation Investment Holdings Limited, Huang Xinghai, has been prosecuted.

The People's Procuratorate of Haikou City filed a charge: The defendant Huang Xinghai, taking advantage of his positions as the executive deputy director of the Haitang Bay Management Committee, general manager of Haitang Bay Development and Construction Co., Ltd., party secretary and director of the Sanya Transportation Bureau, party secretary and director of the Hainan Highway Management Bureau, party secretary and chairman of the Hainan Traffic Investment Holdings Co., Ltd., abused his power and position to seek benefits for others; used his power or position to provide convenience, through the actions of other national staff, to seek improper benefits for others, illegally accepted property from others, with an especially huge amount, and should be held criminally responsible for bribery according to law.
