According to the Qi Cha Cha app, Guangdong Funeng Bioenergy Co., Ltd. was recently established with Jiang Kaiqing as the legal representative and a registered capital of 20 million yuan. Its business scope includes biomass gas production and supply; certification services; fertilizer production; biomass fuel processing; biomass energy technology services, etc. Qi Cha Cha's equity penetration shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by Wen's Shareholding.
