Peru makes anti-dumping preliminary ruling on Chinese tape coils

On July 8, the Dumping, Subsidies and Countervailing Measures Committee of the National Competition and Intellectual Property Protection Authority of Peru published Notice No. 092-2025/CDB-INDECOPI in the official newspaper "El Peruano", making a preliminary ruling on anti-dumping measures against steel bars originating from China. The committee decided to levy a provisional anti-dumping duty of 64.6 USD per ton on the products involved, and the measure will take effect the day after the announcement is published, with a duration of four months.
