The latest board members of Sinovac Biotech have been announced: Yin Weidong and Li Jiaqiang are both on the list.

At the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Sinovac Biotech held this morning, two proposals put forward by SAIF Partners were approved by vote: to dismiss the current directors of the company and elect ten highly qualified director candidates nominated by SAIF to join the company's board of directors. The specific members of the new board of directors include: Simon Anderson, Fu Shan, Jiao Shuge, Li Jiaqiang, Lu Yulin, Qiu Yumin, Wang Yu, Xiao Ruiping, Yan Yan, and Yin Weidong.
