These include 3 joint-stock banks - China Merchants Bank, Ping An Bank, and Guangfa Bank; 1 private bank - WeBank, which is also a purely online digital bank; 5 city commercial banks - Guangzhou Bank, Dongguan Bank, Guangdong Huaxing Bank, Zhuhai Huarun Bank, and Guangdong Nanyue Bank; and 8 rural commercial banks - Guangzhou Rural Commercial Bank, Shenzhen Rural Commercial Bank, Dongguan Rural Commercial Bank, Shunde Rural Commercial Bank, Nanhai Rural Commercial Bank, Foshan Rural Commercial Bank, Jiangmen Rural Commercial Bank, and Zhuhai Rural Commercial Bank.
