American companies are preparing to announce their second-quarter earnings, and investors will be looking for the impact of Trump's tariff policies. Although profit growth is expected to slow down from the first quarter, a significant depreciation of the dollar may help offset any potential tariff effects. JPMorgan Chase and several large banks will kick off the earnings season on July 15th.
