Recently, Li Tianyuan, general manager of industrial design at Xiaomi Cars and vice chairman of the group's design committee, mentioned in a talk show that while functional parameters can be standardized, emotional value is irreplaceable, which is a key consideration in Xiaomi Cars design. He also mentioned that the slogan of Xiaomi Cars design team is three sentences, namely "design according to scientific principles, design according to natural laws, design according to intuition." When doing various things, they always check if they violate these three sentences. When asked about the unique advantages of current Chinese car design, Li Tianyuan said that China has a long history of car development, but compared to the history of car development in Europe and America, there is relatively less accumulation.
