The Shaanxi Provincial Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for heavy rain at 7:47 on July 9, 2025: Currently, the eastern counties of Ankang City and some counties in Shangluo City have already received precipitation of over 50 millimeters and rain is expected to continue. It is predicted that the following areas will receive over 50 millimeters of rain in the next 6 hours: Ansai District, Ganquan County in Yan'an City, Yuyang District, and Hengshan District in Yulin City, Hanbin District, Pingli County, Xunyang City, Baihe County in Ankang City, Shangzhou District, Luonan County, Danfeng County, Shangnan County, Shanyang County, and Zhen'an County in Shangluo City. The risk of flash floods, mudslides, and other disasters is relatively high in the above-mentioned areas, please take precautions.
