In the administrative capital of South Africa, Pretoria, on the 7th day of local time, South African Deputy Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and Environment, Bernice Swart, launched the "Million Tree Planting Action" at the National Botanical Garden, proposing to complete the planting of 1 million trees within 24 hours.
