Liberian officials: Cargo ship carrying the country's flag attacked near Yemen, 2 crew members killed.

The Liberian delegation confirmed at a meeting held by the International Maritime Organization in London on the 8th that the "Eternal C" cargo ship, operating by a Greek shipping company and flying the Liberian flag, was attacked by drones and speedboats in waters near Yemen on the 7th, resulting in the deaths of 2 crew members. Robert Wilmoth Cape, the permanent representative of Liberia to the International Maritime Organization, said at the meeting that while Liberia was still dealing with the attack on the "Magic Ocean" cargo ship, they received a report of the attack on the "Eternal C" cargo ship. He said that any attack based on political reasons is completely unacceptable, illogical, and unreasonable. Liberia will issue a complete statement after completing all investigations into the attacks on the two ships.
