Shenke Corporation announced that its shareholder Shandong Yicheng Yigou Technology Co., Ltd., holding more than 5% of the shares, has completed the share reduction plan. Yicheng Yigou reduced 1.4995 million shares and 2.97 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading, respectively, totaling 4.4695 million shares, accounting for 2.9797% of the total share capital of the company. After the reduction, Yicheng Yigou's shareholding ratio decreased from 13.16% to 10.18%. This reduction plan is consistent with the pre-disclosure and does not violate relevant laws and regulations.
