Among them, the land plot at No. 17 Wangjia Village in Laoshan District was sold after 197 rounds of bidding. According to the information, the land plot at No. 17 Wangjia Village in Laoshan District, north of Meiling East Road and west of Yinchuan East Road LS0301-17, has a land area of 28 mu, a plot ratio of 2.0, and a starting floor price of 22,500 yuan per square meter, with a starting total price of 839 million yuan. According to the monitoring information from China Index Research Institute, this land plot attracted 4 bidders, including Hisense, Junyi Holdings, and China Resources Land, who participated in a bidding process lasting nearly 5 hours and totaling 197 rounds. Eventually, Qingdao Haifu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. won the bid at a floor price of 26,500 yuan per square meter, with a total transaction price of about 989 million yuan, a premium rate of 17.8%.
