The data shows that in the first six months of 2025, the company's contracted property sales revenue reached 3.473 billion yuan, including 32.9 billion yuan in residential property sales and 1.83 billion yuan in commercial property sales. The sold construction area was 65,534 square meters, with an average selling price of 55,500 yuan per square meter. Additionally, 1,074 parking spaces were sold during the reporting period. Furthermore, the announcement indicates that as of June 30, the group achieved a total subscription sales amount of 699 million yuan, which is expected to be converted into formal contracted property sales in the coming months.
