According to the proposal, Mr. Zhang Xiaoguang, a director of the company, resigned from the position of Chief Technical Officer due to personal reasons and is no longer recognized as a core technical staff of the company, but will continue to perform his duties as a director. To adapt to this change in responsibilities, the company plans to make corresponding adjustments to Mr. Zhang Xiaoguang's 2025 compensation plan.
