(hereinafter referred to as "Hongyuan Guangneng") signed a "Cooperation Agreement" with Jiangsu Shunfeng Solar Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shunfeng Solar"). The company will cooperate with subsidiaries such as Wuxi Shangde Solar Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wuxi Shangde") operated by Shunfeng Solar to help maintain the stable operation of Wuxi Shangde.
