According to the Kai Che Che APP, recently, Zhoushan Andefu Green Energy Co., Ltd. was established, with Chen Wei as the legal representative. Its business scope includes: sales of petroleum products; sales of lubricants; sales agency; import and export of goods, etc. According to the equity penetration displayed by Kai Che Che, the company is wholly owned by Jiangsu Andefu Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and the major shareholder of the latter is Shenghang Stock.
