Chinese Weishang: Appointed Ma Haiquan as the company's general manager.

China Weitong announced on July 8th that the company held the twenty-first meeting of the third session of the board of directors on the same day, and approved the "Proposal of China Weitong on Appointing the General Manager of the Company". The board of directors agreed to appoint Ma Haiquan as the general manager of the company. The above appointment will take effect from the date of approval by the board of directors, and the term will be the same as that of the current session of the board of directors. On the same day, the board of directors also agreed to nominate Ma Haiquan as a candidate for non-independent director of the third session of the board of directors of the company. This proposal still needs to be submitted to the second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the company in 2025 for approval.
