British Petroleum (BP) and the National Oil Corporation (NOC) of Libya signed an agreement to jointly research the restart of two giant oil fields in the African country. The British energy giant stated in a statement on Tuesday that this memorandum of understanding provides a framework to assess a range of technical data and collaborate on evaluating future development opportunities.
