The three major stock indices in Europe had mixed performances on that day. The top five decliners in the energy sector in the London stock market were: Shell saw a decrease of 2.85%, John David Sports Fashion dropped by 2.40%, British Petroleum fell by 1.98%, Health and Wellness company Haleon decreased by 1.75%, and Mondi, a paper company, went down by 1.67%.
