Starting from July 3rd, Wuhan has successively issued orange high-temperature warnings, with temperatures in some areas rising to above 39. At 12:39 on July 4th, the maximum load of Wuhan power grid reached 1704.8 million kilowatts, a year-on-year increase of 26.48%, which is 20 days earlier than the same level of load last year. It is reported that State Grid Wuhan Power Supply Company is currently strictly implementing the on-duty system during the peak summer period, monitoring the power grid load and equipment operation 24 hours a day, and proactively planning and preparing the 2025 Wuhan power grid peak summer operation plan. They have also revised and improved the emergency response plans for substations, strengthened equipment inspection and maintenance, and ensured that emergency repairs can respond efficiently in a timely manner.
