CoreWeave (CRWV.US) plans to acquire Core Scientific (CORZ.US) through an all-stock purchase, with the stock falling almost 3% in pre-market trading.

According to the intelligence financial APP, CoreWeave (CRWV.US) announced on Monday that it has agreed to acquire Core Scientific company (CORZ.US) in an all-stock transaction, with the transaction valued at approximately $9 billion. Through this acquisition, CoreWeave will be able to expand the computing power of its artificial intelligence data centers.
