On the one hand, the purchasing control by brands in the second quarter has eased current inventory pressure, but sluggish end demand and hardware losses still suppress the release of panel demand. On the other hand, with the peak season in overseas markets approaching, replenishment demand in the OEM market is expected to boost. On the supply side, panel manufacturers' production capacity strategies are differentiated, with leading panel manufacturers still stabilizing the market supply and demand through production control, resulting in their capacity utilization rate being at a relatively low level, while small and medium-sized manufacturers flexibly adjust production to achieve a balance between demand and cost.
