Royal Gold (RGLD.US) intends to acquire Sandstorm Gold (SAND.US) through a $3.5 billion all-stock transaction.

"According to the Wise Finance APP, Royal Gold (RGLD.US) announced on Monday that it will acquire Sandstorm Gold (SAND.US) in Canada, with the equity value of the transaction estimated to be around 3.5 billion US dollars."
