On July 7th, according to statistics from the Shenzhen Real Estate Intermediary Association, there were 1,436 second-hand houses sold in the 27th week of 2025, an increase of 4.2% compared to the previous week. The volume of second-hand houses sold has increased for two consecutive weeks, maintaining a relatively high level overall. According to data on the number of second-hand houses available for sale, as of July 7th, 2025, there were a total of 75,169 valid second-hand houses for sale in Shenzhen, an increase of 1,311 from the previous week.
