It proposes to deepen the revitalization of the seed industry, make good use of the Sichuan Province germplasm resource center library, accelerate the cultivation of innovative alliances for breeding promotion, and build platforms such as the Sichuan Province crop seed safety evaluation base to promote the improvement of the Tianfu modern seed industry park and the China Southern Vegetable Seed Industry Innovation Center. It will thoroughly implement the three-year action plan to upgrade seed breeding bases, implement subsidies for large-scale seed breeding, support seed industry enterprises to enhance innovation capabilities, and carry out work on crop seed reserves.
