Shanghai: support cloud service providers to build model as a service platform.

The General Office of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government has issued a notice on the implementation of "Several Measures to Promote the High-quality Development of Software and Information Services Industry in Shanghai", in which it proposes to support the development of cloud service provider models as service capabilities. Support cloud service providers in building model-as-a-service platforms, and provide a certain proportion of computing power subsidies to innovative entities that call related services according to regulations, to reduce the usage costs of various entities' calling models and deployment models.
