Xiamen issues 11 measures to support the high-quality development of the film and television industry.

Recently, the "Measures for Further Promoting the High-Quality Development of the Film and Television Industry in Xiamen" was released, including five parts: cultivating and strengthening market entities in the film and television industry, actively supporting the creation and distribution of high-quality film and television works, and a total of 11 measures to promote Xiamen's construction as a "city of film" and "capital of film and television". In terms of cultivating and strengthening operators in the film and television industry, the "Measures" propose evaluating the comprehensive efficiency of film and television enterprises annually and rewarding them based on their scores, with a maximum annual reward of 5 million RMB for each enterprise. For film and television parks with more than 50 film and television companies, the maximum annual reward for each park is 2 million RMB. For film and television companies investing in building digital studios and purchasing digital film and television equipment with an investment exceeding 10 million RMB, a maximum subsidy of 10 million RMB will be provided; for companies providing film and television production technology services, a maximum reward of 2 million RMB will be given.
