Due to the growing demand for electric cars, Tesla's sales in the UK in June increased by 14% compared to the same period last year.

On July 5th, the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) in the UK reported that due to the demand for electric vehicles, new car registrations in the UK increased by 6.7% in June compared to the same period last year, reaching 191,316 vehicles. The SMMT stated that the demand for battery electric vehicles increased by 39% to reach 47,354 vehicles. According to the data, Tesla sold 7,719 vehicles in June, a 14% increase compared to last year.
