Wind data shows that on July 5th, a total of 8 A-share companies released announcements related to private placements. Among them, 2 companies disclosed plans for stock private placements, 4 companies had their private placement plans approved by shareholders' meetings, 1 company had their private placement plan approved by the exchange, and 1 company had completed their private placement plan. Based on the latest private placement plans disclosed on that day, Huidetech and Shaoneng shares plan to raise no more than 5.8 billion yuan and 4.0 billion yuan respectively. As for the private placements that were completed on that day, Guangxin Materials raised a total of 1.43 billion yuan. So far this year, 72 companies have announced the completion of their private placement plans, with 34 companies raising over 10 billion yuan.
