The first phase of the Eastern Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project has already transferred over 80 billion cubic meters of water, benefiting a population of 185 million directly. This project has become a lifeline for optimizing water resource allocation, ensuring the safety of drinking water for the public, reviving the ecological environment of rivers and lakes, and promoting economic circulation between the north and south.
