Chen Xu, the representative of China's permanent mission to the United Nations in Geneva and other international organizations in Switzerland, spoke on behalf of more than 70 countries at the 59th session of the United Nations Human Rights Council's annual Technical Assistance Theme Seminar, with the topic of "Artificial Intelligence Promoting Barrier-Free Construction". He called for strengthening technical assistance and capacity building in the field of artificial intelligence to promote accessibility, and urged countries to share the achievements of artificial intelligence development.
