Tencent Finance APP news, SF Holding (002352.SZ) announced that on July 4, 2025, the company successfully issued and distributed a total of 70 million new H shares to no fewer than six underwriters at a subscription price of HK$42.15 per share, accounting for approximately 29.2% of the total number of H shares issued after the issuance. After making all reasonable inquiries, the directors are aware, understand and believe that the underwriters and their ultimate beneficial owners are independent third parties. The net proceeds from the placement (after deducting commission and estimated expenses) are approximately HK$2.933 billion.
