State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission: Include brand value in the performance evaluation of central enterprise leaders.

On July 4th, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council issued the "Opinions on Promoting the High-quality Development of Brand Building in Central Enterprises in the New Era". It proposes that the Commission strengthen the assessment and guidance of brand value, and provide positive incentives to central enterprises, construct a large artificial intelligence model for evaluating the brand value of central enterprises, strengthen target management, and achieve measurable, achievable, fruitful, and timely improvement in brand value. The evaluation of brand value will be included in the performance assessment of the top executives of central enterprises. Central enterprises should establish a long-term brand evaluation and supervision mechanism, enhance their awareness of brand building responsibilities, formulate a brand work evaluation system, incorporate brand building into the enterprise assessment system, and promote the long-term development of brands; strengthen incentive mechanisms, provide appropriate incentives to enterprises and individuals who have made outstanding achievements in improving brand value, and enhance the dedication and sense of honor of all employees in brand building.
