The first interbank certificate of deposit pledge loan business was launched in Tianjin City.

According to the news from the Tianjin Branch of the People's Bank of China on July 4th, Tianjin Binhai Rural Commercial Bank recently completed a 1 billion yuan interbank certificate of deposit pledge and applied for agricultural and small loan re-lending through the counter channel of Zhejiang Commercial Bank Tianjin Branch, realizing the first counter interbank certificate of deposit pledge re-lending business in Tianjin City.
