The Zhitong Finance APP News, China Tongfu (01763.HK) announced that Mr. Han Yongjiang (Mr. Han) has resigned from his positions as executive director, chairman of the board of directors, chairman of the board's strategic committee, chairman of the board's legal committee, and chairman of the board's technology innovation committee due to work adjustment reasons, effective from July 4, 2025. After his resignation, Mr. Han will no longer hold any position in the company.
