U-BTech: Non-executive Director Xia Zhaquan has committed not to reduce the company's shareholding.

UBTECH announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the company's non-executive director, Zhao Quan, voluntarily promised to the company that from July 4, 2025 to January 15, 2026, he will not reduce his holdings of 19,903,300 shares in any way.
