Qingdao Xihai Coast Ocean Holding Group Co., Ltd. directly transferred 100% equity of the company's controlling shareholder, Qingdao Haikong Investment Holding Co., Ltd., to Qingdao Dongjiakou Development Group Co., Ltd. This matter has completed the business registration change procedures on July 4, 2025.
