According to the statistics of the Shenzhen Real Estate Intermediary Association, in June 2025, there were a total of 5546 second-hand housing transactions in Shenzhen, a decrease of 3.2% compared to the previous month, but an increase of 4.5% year-on-year. In the first half of the year, the second-hand housing market showed a "convex" trend, with a rapid warming up after the end of the Spring Festival holiday, making the market promising for the "Golden March and Silver April", but then fluctuating due to seasonal effects. Despite a slight decline in recent months, the average monthly transactions of over 5000 units in the first half of the year indicate that the second-hand housing market has maintained a good operating trend overall. However, the slight downward trend in recent months reflects that consumer confidence, while somewhat restored, still remains insufficient. According to statistics, a total of 35,106 second-hand housing purchase and sale contracts were recorded in the first half of 2025, an increase of 30.7% compared to the same period in 2024.
