The company held the 11th meeting of the 8th board of directors on July 4, 2025, and approved the proposal for the election of the chairman of the 8th board of directors. The board of directors agreed to elect Mr. Lou Shuiyong, the vice chairman, as the chairman of the 8th board of directors of the company. His term will start from the date of this meeting until the end of the 8th board of directors. Mr. Lou Shuiyong will no longer hold the position of vice chairman of the company.
