Shanghai HuGong announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, HuGong Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., has recently received a tax refund of 1.317 million yuan and has already received the amount. At the same time, its subsidiary HuGong in Suzhou needs to pay an urban land use tax of 1.5044 million yuan, and has paid a late fee of 0.9051 million yuan, totaling 2.4095 million yuan. Suzhou HuGong has already paid the above taxes and late fees in full, without involving tax administrative penalties. The difference between the tax refund received by Suzhou HuGong and the taxes and late fees paid is 1.0928 million yuan, which is expected to reduce the net profit attributable to the shareholders of the listed company by 1.0928 million yuan in 2025.
