A total of 55 million shares have been successfully allocated to no less than six underwriters by the placement agents in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, at a price of HK$78.36 per share. The directors, after conducting all reasonable inquiries, are fully aware, informed, and believe that the underwriters and their respective ultimate beneficial owners are all independent third parties.
