The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council issued the "Opinions on Promoting Brand Building of Central Enterprises in the New Era with High Quality," emphasizing the "six comprehensives" tasks and measures to guide central enterprises in promoting brand building and enhancing brand value.
The first is to comprehensively strengthen brand strategic management, promote the deep integration of brands into enterprise development. Strengthen the entire process management of brand strategic formulation, implementation, and optimization, promote the integrated deployment and simultaneous implementation of brand strategy with enterprise development strategy, improve brand strategic closed-loop management, and promote the deep integration of brands into enterprise development.
The second is to comprehensively strengthen brand goal management, forge core capabilities for brand value enhancement. Take independent innovation as the core of brand creation, high quality as the cornerstone of brand development, excellent culture as the foundation of the brand, social responsibility as the brand's genes, and integrity as the lifeblood of the brand, creating first-class brands to increase brand recognition and loyalty.
The third is to comprehensively strengthen brand process management, enhance institutional safeguards for brand value enhancement. Strengthen process management in six areas: brand philosophy, brand architecture, brand protection, brand reputation, brand communication, and brand experience, enhance brand visibility and reputation.
The fourth is to comprehensively strengthen brand asset management, systematically enhance overall brand value. The fifth is to comprehensively enhance the internationalization level of brands, enhance global brand influence.
