China Overseas Grand Ocean Group announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the cumulative contract sales for the first half of 2025 amounted to approximately 16.61 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 12.7%; sales in June were around 4.042 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 0.9%.
