Former director of the Sichuan Branch of the State Grain and Material Reserves Administration, Guan Lulin, is under investigation.

According to the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission stationed at the National Development and Reform Commission, as well as the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Team of the Shaanxi Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, it was reported that Guan Lulin, former secretary of the Party Committee and director of the Sichuan Bureau of the National Grain and Material Reserve Administration, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law. Currently, he is undergoing disciplinary review by the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Team of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission stationed at the National Development and Reform Commission, as well as investigation by the Shaanxi Provincial Supervisory Commission.
