On July 3, the Japanese Ministry of Finance issued a notice affirming the anti-dumping final ruling on graphite electrodes originating from China, and decided to impose anti-dumping duties for a period of five years starting from the date of the announcement, with a tax rate of 95.2%. The measure will be effective until July 2, 2030. The Japanese tariff code for the products involved is 8545.11. The above-mentioned anti-dumping tax does not apply to products from Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China and Macao Special Administrative Region of China.
