Indian media: Yum! Brands is in talks to merge its two Indian franchise stores.

According to a report cited by the Economic Times of India on Friday, Yum Brands, the owner of American fast food chains KFC and Pizza Hut, is in talks to facilitate the merger of its Indian franchisees, Devarani International and Sapphire Foods.
