According to the Qi Cha Cha app, Shanghai Huacheng Enterprise Development Co., Ltd. was recently established with Liu Yingzhe as the legal representative and a registered capital of 5 million RMB. Its business scope includes enterprise management consulting, etiquette services, marketing planning, graphic design and production, and landscaping construction. According to Qi Cha Cha's equity penetration display, the company is indirectly fully owned by Huafa Group.
