Country Garden Holdings (01918.HK) plans to issue 754 million shares to SPV to raise 5.6 billion yuan to pay off domestic debt and stock options.

Zhtng Cijng APP news, Sunac China announced that, as stated in previous announcements, after the domestic debt restructuring plan is approved by the relevant domestic bondholders' meeting, Sunac Real Estate will arrange for domestic bondholders to choose from options such as bond repurchase (cash tender offer), redemption of stock economic rights, and debt-for-equity swaps for the domestic bonds they hold.
